I used to run on an exclusive sponsorship model, but now I’ve opened things up a bit. I still heavily limit the number of ads shown on any one page because I’m fussy like that.
If you’d like to support my blog, please click through and buy from any of the ads!
If you’re a company and you’d like to sponsor my site, email [email protected]
How do you choose your sponsors?
I approach companies (or reply to companies who have approached me) based on whether they stock/make good things, and they seem like the kind of people I would like to work with.
You don’t have to be an adult company to advertise on my site. In fact, I would love to run ads from other companies too because – hey! – people who like sex also like other things like food and tech. I suspect tech would be incredibly popular with my readers, because they love sex tech.
How much traffic do you get?
At the time of writing I get 120,000 uniques per month, and over 300,000 pageviews. Traffic split between US and UK is fairly even.
Are you going to start reviewing sex toys and giving them marks out of ten?
Nope. There are loads of other bloggers who do that way better than I could. I do write about sex toys sometimes though, so click the tag to see all sex toy posts.
How can I support your blog and help you show your new sponsor how brilliant you are?
Thanks again, questioner I have imagined in my head! You can support me by buying stuff from my sponsors. I have created a special page for some things that I either have bought or would like to buy. Feel free to have a look at it, and stock your sex toy drawer.
I would like to commend you as a businesswoman/condemn you as a sellout. Where should I direct my praise and/or excessively capitalised rants?
Mail of any kind is always welcome – constructive criticism as well as praise. Drop me an email: hellogirlonthenet [at] gmail [dot] com. Please double check the address (hellogirlonthenet) as the person who owns an email address similar to mine is being inundated with my misdirected mail.
